Softscape Installation

Softscape installation focuses on the establishment of all living landscape components, including soil, turf, trees, shrubs, groundcovers, and planting beds. Works commence after completion of major hardscape elements to avoid disturbance. The process includes soil preparation and improvement, layout of planting areas, and installation of plants in accordance with design spacing and mature growth requirements. Turf is installed through seeding or sod laying, followed by mulching to conserve moisture and suppress weeds. Irrigation systems are coordinated to support plant health, and initial maintenance activities such as watering, pruning, and plant replacement are carried out during the establishment period.
